Salary: £24,000 pa
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Job Type: Fixed term contract to 31st December 2022 (possible extension depending on funding)

Osmani Trust is a youth and community charity providing a range of youth, employment, mentoring, health & sports and social welfare services to diverse communities in Tower Hamlets and surrounding Boroughs.

Second Chance is a pioneering project that delivers intensive 1-2-1 mentoring to young people (YP), 13-21 years old, to help them make cognitive behaviour change; stop their involvement in drug distribution, violence, criminal activities and enable them to make positive choices in life.
Osmani Trust is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual to work with the above client group and their families as well as to take the lead of the project. The individual will need to have the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and targets within agreed time and budget. They will need to understand the challenges faced by young people involved in ASB, crime and drug dealing, and their families and have the ability to provide necessary support to help address their challenges.
