Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Osmani Trust is a youth and community charity providing a range of youth, employment, mentoring, health & sports and social welfare services to diverse communities in Tower Hamlets and surrounding Boroughs.
The Bridge Programme is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the programme for young adults (from minority ethnic communities) in Probation to help them rebuild stable and healthy lives in the community.
The individual will have the ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and targets within agreed time and budget. They will understand the challenges faced by young adults leaving the justice system and have the ability to provide the necessary support to address their challenges and build positive futures.
