Salary: £26,010 pa

Hours:           Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Job Type:      Fixed term to 30 Nov 2026 (possible extension depending on funding)

Based at:      Tower Hamlets (x1) and Newham (x2)

Osmani Trust is a youth and community charity providing a range of youth, employment, mentoring, health & sports and social welfare services to diverse communities in Tower Hamlets and surrounding Boroughs.

The Bridge Programme is seeking to recruit three dynamic and experienced individuals to work with young adults (from minority ethnic communities) in Probation to help them rebuild stable and healthy lives in the community.

The individuals will have the ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and targets within agreed time and budget. They will understand the challenges faced by young adults leaving the justice system and have the ability to provide the necessary support to address their challenges and build positive futures.
