Salary: £8,800 p.a (£22K p.a pro-rata)
Hours: Part-time 15 hours per week

Osmani Trust is a youth and community charity providing a range of youth, employment, mentoring, health & sports and social welfare services to diverse communities in Tower Hamlets and surrounding Boroughs.

Second Chance is a pioneering new project that will deliver intensive 1-2-1 mentoring to young people (YP) 13-21 years old to help them make cognitive behaviour change; stop their involvement in drug distribution, violence and criminal activities and enable them to make positive choices in life.

Osmani Trust is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual to work with the above client group and their families. The individual will need to have ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and targets within agreed time and budget. They will need to understand the challenges faced by young people involved in ASB, crime and drug dealing, and their families and have the ability to provide necessary support to help address their challenges.
