Osmani Centre Manager – Ref: OT3
F/T – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (inclusive of ILW) depending on skills and experience
Contract: Until 31st March 2014 (Renewable subject to funding and performance)

The Osmani Centre is a purpose built youth and community centre for the people of Tower Hamlets. The centre is a warm, welcoming place for many community and business users and has fast become a well-used and versatile community hub. The Centre Manager is at the very heart of the centre, responsible for its day to day management, maintenance and development. We are seeking a dynamic person, who is able to lead an established events and premises staff team. The Centre Manager will be responsible for implementing new ideas to keep improving customer service and business performance through sales and promotion of the centre. The post holder will also need firm business skills, be self-reliant, energetic and able to prioritise activities.
