Osmani Trust, as a host organisation of Can Do Community Grants for LAPs 1 and 2, would like to invite you to an award ceremony to celebrate this year’s Can Do winners.
We would like to show you the impact that the Can Do Projects have had within the local community and how they are helping to make Tower Hamlets a healthier place.
Can Do Community Grants are part of a wider initiative known as the ‘Tower Hamlets Healthy Borough Programme’. The programme has awarded grants of up to £500 to individual community members of informal community groups to help local communities take forward ideas that will help Tower Hamlets become a healthier place.
