Elite Youth and BLYDA are spearheading a major capital programme in partnership with the Tower Hamlets Council. We are proposing to develop the Osmani Centre into a state of the art facility for young people and the local community. To help facilitate this major undertaking the Osmani Development Trust has been established. Pre-liminary meetings with the Council have been extremely positive and we hope to start works soon in the very near future. Watch this space………!
