Salary: £20.5k pa (£40.5k pa pro rata)
Hours: Part-time 19 hours per week
Term: Fixed to March 2026
Benefits including: 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, flexible working hours (Mon-Fri).

Osmani Trust is an award-winning youth and community charity providing a range of youth, violence reduction, employment, mentoring, and health & sports services to diverse communities in Tower Hamlets and surrounding Boroughs.
We are recruiting a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of the Tower Hamlets Island Community Network (THICN) sustainability programme and to engage youth networks/orgs, VCS and statutory orgs, corporates, trusts and funders with a view to contribute to the long term sustainability of THICN. To implement a business sustainability plan and fundraising strategy for THICN.
