Programme Manager
Salary: £37,000 – £40,000, depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent – subject to funding (reviewed yearly)

Osmani Trust is a youth and community organisation operating in the heart of East London. We are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager to lead the Osmani Centre, Media and Health Programme. We are looking for someone with experience of leading and delivering successful projects and services including facilities management in complex, fluid environments.
You will have a track record of building and developing high performing teams and identifying business opportunities for growth. You will be credible and authoritative with senior stakeholders within the youth, health and sports sectors. Pro-active and visionary, you will have a proven track-record of excellent strategic, financial, operational, human and capital resource management. As the Programme Manager you will be a critical member of our senior management team, representing Osmani Trust’s values and brand and demonstrating strong cross-organisational collaboration.
