Offender Mentoring Officer

Salary: £26,010 pa
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Job Type: Fixed term to 31 March 2023 (possible extension depending on funding)

Osmani Trust is a youth and community charity providing a range of youth, employment, mentoring, health & sports and social welfare services to diverse communities in Tower Hamlets and surrounding Boroughs.

Osmani Trust’s Bridge Programme is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual to work with ex-offenders and/or their families.

The individual will need to have the ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and targets within agreed time and budget. They will need to understand the challenges faced by young ex-offenders and their families and have the ability to provide necessary support to help address their challenges.
